「Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Urlaub und können The Chedi uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!
Unser Zimmer mit direktem Strandzugang war einfach traumhaft: modern, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage war jederzeit gepflegt und makellos sauber.

「I liked everything about the property … the staff were great , helpful and sharing happiness all the time (so friendly ) , trying to keep you busy all the time with activities …. Actually all activities are available

「Our 6 day stay at the Sheraton in El Gouna was nothing but AMAZING, to say the least. Everything and everyone were wonderful. From the front desk manager Mr. Mohamed Amer and his staff Amani and Mohamed, to the Oriental restaurant staff, to the room service (Ahmed), all were charming, welcoming, and extremely friendly. They all made our stay a remarkable, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
The hotel was clean so was our suite. Food was amazing and everyone was charming, friendly, and...

「I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....
