「因為是下午的火車所以退房後把行李寄放在飯店，退房時忘了把冰箱裡的食物拿出來，本以為我們回去拿行李飯店人員應該會幫我們保留，結果回去領行李時飯店人員說東西已經被丟棄了！真是讓人覺得生氣！」
