“The hotel don't existe. I made a reservation for 19 20 january, but the hotel change the name and the boss on the 1 january . I contact booking yesterday. They said me to inform me in 24 hours about to pay the money back to me. Until now , no reaction or answer. Normaly i have never problems with the site booking. Let us see, if i will get my money back. And i must find the last moment a new hotel room and that on the weekend , on which was celebrated the Sinulog Festival, the biggest……

“This hotel is brand new with 3 floors but no elevator. The location is walking distance to the attractions, and located in a quiet place. They have 24 hrs reception and security people. Room is small and simple with TV, hot shower. The only thing is the wall was too thin and could hear about the noise of sleeping from next room. I stayed there on 25th Dec, and they give me a sweet gift which is really sweet. Recommend to stay with RANA.”

“I love it there. Easy access and across the SM mall. The view at night was amazing and facilities was good too. I stayed in a condo so I only ask question at front desk but nothing I need to address any concern during my stay. It's affordable too and so accessible. We enjoyed the pool and we want to stay there again. ”

“Service is convenient as the attendant is also the cook. Less hassle if your tired and just wanted to eat inside the house. I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. ”

“まだ新しく綺麗なホテルでした。カプセルホテルのようなドミトリーの部屋に宿泊しましたが、毛布の肌触りもよく、カプセル内に電源も２つあり、快適に睡眠を取る事ができました。 部屋の入出やエレベーターの昇降は、カードをタッチして行うため、セキュリティも安心でした。 共有のシャワー・トイレも綺麗でした。トイレは狭いため、使いにくさはありましたが、宿泊の値段を考えれば許容できる範囲ですね。 立地は、かなりローカルなエリアに立っているため、リゾート感はありません。ローカルを楽しみたい、屋台などでご飯を食べたい！人にはオススメです。”
