“people smoking under my room windows , drinking and loud talking all night long, couldn't sleep until 1am, and the smoke kept going into our room all day and all night long, ”

“The room was unbearably hot! No AC, no fan, no air movement and no way to control temperature. The shower head was broken. The neighborhood was great with lots of dining options. Some nice coffee options nearby. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was a three night stay and served the purpose. One more night would have been one night too many however.”

“You can't sleep in its old wing. There is a pub with noise from 11pm to 5am. It is quiet in its new wing. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable. ”

“The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you. This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up……

“good location, only 10 min walk from St. Patrick Cathedral, Centz Store and SPAR supermarket nearby. Although the room is small, it is tidy and clean, everything is new, nicely furnished. There were self-laundry with €7 you can wash and dry your cloth. Gym room and pool provided. Common area room has kitchen, dinning area and balcony. Everything was good while I stayed there.”

“The studio wasn’t huge, but quite practical as the space had been used well. There was a good bit of storage space and a little kitchenette. The bathroom arrangement was somewhat unusual. It was nice and quiet in the studio, with barely any noise from outside or within the building. One thing that would’ve made a huge difference to the comfort levels is air conditioning, as it got quite hot in the studio due to the warm weather. Having shared kitchen and terrace spaces was a nice touch, so in……

“Very convince, just located in city center. The room and facilities are clean. If you have heavy luggage, it's maybe a problem, because they don't have elevator. Moreover, I love their breakfast, really delicious.”
