"湯船内でスマホを使っている中国人客がいて、スタッフに注意してもらったが、湯船から上がって、体を洗うスペースでスマホを使い続けていて不快だった。スタッフの中途半端な対応に残念でした。"

"房間乾淨衛生，位置也不錯，和歌山車站就3分鐘內，不過因為隔離就是車站，所以睡覺的時候當時還是有噪音的，但問題不算大"

"Very friendly owner helped us to buy an emergency baby bottle late in the evening. Very welcoming to children. We stayed in the Japanese style room which was very comfortable. Facilities are a bit aged but spotlessly clean."

"The room was clean but very dim lighting. there was an Elvis statue next to the stair and some kind of pirate statue in front of the door when opened. There was very little shops nearby, it is walkable to the train station."

Le lit un peu trop dur à mon goût, et un second oreiller n’aurait pas été de refus. Le gérant m’a conduit à la gare le matin de mon départ. Merci 🙏"

"一番気になったのは、ウェブサイトや、居室内にある宿泊者向けの案内に書いてあるサービスが受けられなかったことです。 施設側のオーナーいう人にもこの点について説明を求めましたが、私たちが若いからなのか、一方的に記載からは到底想像もできない即席でつくったような理由で断られました。 例えば、ウェブサイトには、施設がある「印南町内への無料送迎はご利用代金にかかわらず随時承っております。その他エリアは、ご利用代金10,000円以上にて片道20kmまで無料送迎。お気軽にご利用いただけます。」とありますが、 オーナーだという男性によると、それは宿泊者ではなく、お酒などを飲んだレストラン利用者へのサービスだとのことでした。 いろいろと事情があるのかもしれませんが、終始軽んじられている印象を受けました。 車なしで訪れ、記載されたサービスを当たり前に利用できると疑っていなかった私たちとはミスマッチの宿泊先でした。"
