"非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！ 離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂"

"2/25～2/28 住在成吉思汗飯店～服務人員服務很好完全沒問題！但有一件小意外是我們滑雪後在乾燥室放置滑雪用具另外也把雪衣放置裡面，乾燥室並無告知不能放置雪衣，隔天有發現雪衣被移動位置甚至放在雪衣裡面的日幣10000元也不見了，這件事讓我對這間住宿非常失望！然後2/27跟2/28假日因為有其他旅客住進來，但因為此飯店隔音設備不是太好開關門真的大聲到受不了無法入睡～～以上兩點很無法接受其他都很好"

"We visited in wJanuary from the United States and absolutely loved our stay. The hosts are extremely helpful, and offer transportation to/from ski rentals, slopes, restaurants, and hot spring/onsen for bathing. The host gave us recommendations for dining and we felt like we were at a 5-star resort with no worries. Very cozey stay for those seeking and enjoyable adventure to Zao Onsen. I definitely recommend."

"Hotel Kikuya was a nice hotel, and my friends and I enjoyed our one night stay there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near Yamagata-shi. ARRIVAL: We had rented a car and were following the Google map trying to find the hotel, but we were unable to find it without calling the hotel.
