“Very friendly service! Close to old town”

“Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend”

“It is cheap and OK for the price. There are shops and bars nearby. Good place to stay on a city trip.”

“Uniikki ja spesiaali. Matka-autot olivat hienoja. Kivasti sängyt ja sisustut. Vaan paikka tarvitsisi kunnon siivousta, suihkut eivät toimineet ja wc:n iso ovi irti, mihin lapsi satutti jalkansa. Saimme olla ihan rauhassa ja omat eväät oli helppo hankkia sekä valmistaa pienessä keittönurkkauksessa.”

“We booked this apartment because it was advertised as newly renovated, modern, and centrally located in Riga’s Old Town. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. Upon arrival, we were moved without any notice to a completely different apartment near the train station – a noisy area far from what we had booked. The replacement apartment was old, worn down, and in very poor condition. Wallpaper was peeling off in several places, and overall it was nowhere near the standard that had……

“Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it).”
