“Heidi was so great! We really appreciated how helpful and kind she was. Very accommodating and understanding of our needs. She seemed to be wearing a lot of hats in her role so very impressed by her multitasking abilities. We weren’t aware of the reno’s underway, which proved no noise, just caught us by surprise as the caulking looked a bit like a crime scene lol. Room was clean, except for the one knife. Overall would stay again while passing through Chetwynd.”

“Clean room, dated and basic. Situated very close to the highway in a kind of industrial area. The Hitching Post was a fun restaurant/ bar area. Basic continental breakfast.”

“It’s basic hotel for an overnight. They have done a number of updates to the outside and the rooms which improve the general appearance. However, it’s not done well. My floor was soft and uneven. Some large gaps in the vinyl flooring. The parking lot is still awful.”

“We love this property for the space of the rooms, and the kitchenette. The price is worth it! This time the room was not as clean as before..used bedding on the pull out..as well as the mattress for the pullout couch was terribly worn with springs causing an uncomfortable sleep”

“I stopped while on Motorcycle trip. Simran at front desk was amazing, so nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when coming back through Fort St. John.”

“The breakfast was a great deal. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was well taken care of considering the age of the property. There is construction around the property as they're trying to do some upgrades. It was quiet during the night. It's old, if you need new and fancy, this is not your place but it's clean and the bed was great. We were quite happy and felt it was a good overnight spot that treated us well.”
