“Met expectations.”

“The property is spectacular. Sitting up high on the hill/mountain-side with a perfect unobstructed view overlooking the Dawn Beach bay and the mountains of St. Bart centered on the horizon. The house was perfect for us - we were 4 adults and 7 kids and perfectly fit Villa Movina's 2 living spaces and 6 bedrooms rooms that could each be master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (plus multiple additional powder rooms and an additional full bathroom in the gym), and some with outdoor showers, jet……

“Ocean Pearl was perfect for our family of 10. The house is so perfectly laid out to give everyone privacy and the common areas were comfortable and inviting. We were able to have 2-3 different activities going on (card games and puzzles) with plenty of space still for someone to just sit and read a book if they wanted to. The pool area was so fun and private! The view from the pool deck and back of the house is breathtaking!! The beach towels that are provided were a bonus. The kitchen had……

“Isa the host was very accommodating and communicated well via What's APP. The room was clean and had many amenities. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 6 units share the little pool. We left for most of the day so didn't see other guests very often.”

“Beautiful villa directly on the ocean. Constant breeze and no mosquitoes! We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen and spacious interior. Only suggestion is for a handrail down the steps to the pool and clear markings on edges of the steps. The outdoor deck and seating is great but pool deck difficult to access for elderly and not good for young children. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.”
