“Maybe a little updating per bath and beds but the employees were precious , friendly, thoughtful beyond ! We really enjoyed our vacation and I can’t wait to go back !!!”

“Our stay started poorly as there were a number of issues with our room. After overhearing our conversation with the front desk we were approached by Deanna who was with the property management company. Not only did she and her GM have our room completely recleaned but they comped us an additional night. New management is working hard to bring tjis resort to what it can be. Great location terrific price for oceanfront suite. We will certainly try Sancastle again in the future.”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
