“The property and the location was stunning the rooms clean and had everything I would recommend that the towels to be changed more frequently then 7 days as when we were there it was not always dry and sunny”

“一直对Big4印象挺好的，去澳洲也以Big4为首选。这家服务不错，有晚班服务人员，只需在前台办公室按服务铃即可，免了打电话问钥匙箱密码环节。但是，我在搜索酒店时，为了方便搜索和看床的大小，每间房只填了两个大人，忘记填小孩的人数，退房时每间房被加收了100澳元，2间房收了200澳元，住两晚比原来的价格多了人民币1000块钱，非常的贵。因为英文不太好，前台服务说扣钱我也没有反驳。扣钱这个事情这让我对Big4的印象没有之前那么好了，以后选择时会慎重考虑。没有温水泳池，冬天入住没有乐趣。”

“Highly recommend this hotel for short or long stay! The whole area is so beautiful, spacious, amazing view. The room is comfortable, clean and nice bed! The breakfast is very nice too and they serve the best yogurt in Australia! ”

“Location was good. Breakfast room was nice and big with a well equipped kitchen. 0nly criticism I have is the lack of airconditioning. The property could install airconditioning rather then the small portable airconditioner they provided because our room was quite hot in the afternoons. ”

“Amazing rooms”

“The room we stayed in was next to the toilets and showers and during the night when people got up to use the toilet it was really noisy because the security screen would bang closed”

“Staff are amazing and very accommodating we stayed in the 3 bedroom chalet as a family of 6 and was nice and comfy. Kids loved the playgrounds and the pool. The “heated” pool wasn’t very heated. Wish the bike hire had bikes with training wheels one of my kids had to miss out on riding bikes because there wasn’t any. But overall the kids had an amazing time !”

“We booked a beachfront deluxe villa. Lovely verandah to sit out on. Perfect views of ocean. The villa was clearly old the bed was comfortable the sheets clean. Kitchen well supplied with all equipment. Lots of lovely walk paths to take also a short walk to a local cafe which overlooked Emu Point. Little disappointed with things that didnt really belong in a "Deluxe Villa" maintenance was lacking in some of the equipment. ”
