“It was a clean place, the staff were good, the breakfast was delicious with different options. The pool and rooftop was good. It is a bit far from city center but I used tasleem taxi, the fare for any trip is around 1 to 3 Rial.”

“I find the hotel from the map of hotel.com. But after I took a taxi, i just found out the location on the map is not the same as in Google map. I should stay near to qaboos mosque and the feature of this hotel is that I could walk to the mosque in 5minutes. But actually it is totally another story and now no one is solving try problem and admit it is whose fault. Once there is someone hold responsibility I will change my comment”

“The staff were very friendly and super helpful. I forgot the reception man’s name but he spoke with respect and was very hospitable. The rooms are average but I will stay here again The man in reception works the night shift, he deserves a bonus for his customer service! “Nice location, near airport (1 stop to the airport, 10 minuets,0.3 OMR) and both way bus stop(walk in 5 minuets). Nice staff, cash or credit card are ok, baggage storage for free after check out, room is ok with soap, shampoo, universal socket, no towel and teeth brush, WiFi signal is ok, but is slow and block LINE app. ”

“Lovely people and nice hotel”

“The staff will do backbends to help you out. I needed to go to the post (and who does that any more-- ANYWHERE??). The front desk arranged a reasonable round trip price and I was relieved to have that piece of business so easily accomplished. The gym was spacious and in use. Ditto the pool (which is quite shady until afternoon), probably a big help in the hotter months ahead.”

“L'hotel est bien situé dans le quartier el khuwair,différents restaurants autours . Le personnel estca l'écoute et règle les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés ,télé qui ne marchait pas par exemple. Merci ”

“Carpets in the room has not been vacummed for an extended period of time. The toilet had urine smell. The Hosuekeeping incharge Christine was informed of the circumstances and it was marginally rectified but Christine was neither apologetic about the shortcomings.”

“I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff are great and make sure you have the best stay possible. They are very welcoming, smiling, available and patient. I am thinking in particular of Ahmed and Waleed Ahad. The breakfast is also very good, varied with excellent service, I think of Aamir and Phone. Moreover, the hotel is super clean and has a very good cleaning service. ”
