“This place has a rat infestation. My parents were in one of the beachfront cottage and they saw a rat in their cottage. Unfortunately this was no surprise to the management as they admitted to complaints made by other guests for that cottage. We checked recent reviews and confirmed that other people have complained about this. Due to this issue my wife and I barely slept the first night as we had our lights on to keep potential rats away. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a damaged water tank, a dirty sink, and a bathtub covered with black spots. After we complained, the hotel finally moved us to a newer room, but only after charging an additional ₱1,400 per night on top of what I had already paid.
