「Clean room, quiet and attentive staff. 」

「Staff is not flexible」

「Parking was a bit difficult. Only one car per cottage. The rest had to go to overflow. We were traveling with 6 cars with our huge family. Also had to pay 100 dollars for deposit and another 100 for amenities. At booking it only mentions the deposit 」

Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. 」

「We stayed at Delta Grand Resort room (Vegas Baby) and overall the condo itself had potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived there were cobwebs in the right-hand corner of the entryway and the floors did not look like they had been swept or mopped. We also noticed cobwebs behind the bed and a visible handprint on the window between the bathroom and jacuzzi area. 「Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room.
