“The location of the hotel listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. Since there are no signs indicating the hotel’s direction from the road, it would have been impossible to find it on our own. Thankfully, the rangers escorted us, and we were able to locate it. The Wi-Fi is not working. That said, the staff is excellent—always kind and helpful. The food is delicious, and the lunch box service is especially valuable when heading out on a game drive.”

Our tent butler, Juma, was a special delight. The nightly dining under the stars was so special and the meals were excellent. “les points positifs : - localisation au cœur du Serengeti = expérience immersive dans la nature. - personnel sympathique et dévoué comme tous les tanzaniens que nous avons rencontrés - wifi de qualité. les points négatifs : - le camp n’est pas aussi prêt du airstrip qu’annoncé (16km et pas 7km !). C’est clairement mensonger. - La localisation du camp sur maps.me et Google maps sont erronées. Or nous avons passé la journée de notre arrivée à écrire pour avoir des précisions sur le lieu et……
