「The Hotel is in a lovely location, right next to the River Thames. The Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Room was lovely and clean with a great view of the River We stayed at the Hotel for two nights and had Dinner both nights. The Food was really nice and again, service was good. If I was being picky, it would’ve been nice to have had some complimentary Bottled Water in the Room on arrival. I would certainly stay here again and plan to do so in a few months time.」

「Overall very impressed with Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. Booked a family room and although it was not made up for 4 people when we arrived, it was quickly resolved. The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan. 3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have.」

We had breakfast included but still had to pay for some drinks which was a little confusing as haven’t had that anywhere else with breakfast included. Other than that it was perfect. We luckily stayed in the Trackside room which was unbelievable, the view was just outstanding ! I will be back. 」

「A very comfortable experience with very nice service, and clean rooms all around. We requested for a sofa bed in the room but it wasn’t made at the time of arrival; fortunately the staff quickly made one for us.」

「A highly recommended hotel. The transportation is very convenient, parking is easy and free, the warm and friendly clerk, the beautiful building, and the perfect room setting. We will come again.」

「In an attempt to avoid travelling in the heat, we arrived very early. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to provide drinks. We decided to stay for lunch and were not disappointed with the food. Steaks being cooked to perfection, with desserts of sticky toffee pudding and brownie being to die for! When we did get to go to our room, we found it more than adequate, very clean and tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge to store our own goodies. There was ample wardrobe space...
