“I had requested a handicap room but when I went to the room it was for a deaf person not mobility impaired. When I said something they said “you have the handicapped room “. I had never been assigned a hearing impaired room when I had requested it. There were no grab bars and bathtub was too deep to use safely. The other things were great just for my needs I wouldn’t be able to stay there.”
