“I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”

“The apartment was clean and very spacious. Check in and stay went very well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall the stay was great, but there is a few things I wish we’d known upfront. There is assigned covered parking but it is quite far from the apartment door. The futon in the living room is very small and so uncomfortable it was painful to sit on for any length of time. Also the work space consisted of an uncomfortable chair and tiny desk barely big enough for a laptop and note……

“Environment and how clean everything was”

“We actually didn't get to stay at the Landmark as Metro Hospitality told me when I called the day before check-in about our room not being available. They claimed to have an equal property in Casa Grande and with my son's wedding the next day I took their word for it and that was a mistake. I paid for a luxurious apartment 3brd and what I received was a 2bdr slum in Casa Grande that couldn't accommodate our entire family. They won't respond to my many attempts to reach them. Anyway, they ruined……

“Good clean and comfy property with great amenities including 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one powder room, 3-car garage, pool, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of TVs, gaming, and seating. . . Downside, loud, booming, barking dog very near property. ”

“We really enjoyed staying at Karsten Maricopa! We will be back! Pros: easy check in, very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, fast internet, quiet and safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, nice backyard with pool to sit in the sun. Cons: shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced, lights in the main bathroom flicker and one light bulb is out ”

“Our entire stay was fantastic. Everything about the property is very well maintained and in a great and very quiet neighborhood. The yard was filled with stunning plants. One of my favorite things to do was drink my coffee while admiring the morning cactus blooms and other plants in the back yard. We found plenty of hiking close by and enjoyed afternoons in the lovely backyard pool. The pool area has lounge chairs and an outdoor table with an awning for shade to dine while taking in the……
