One problem was comunication : I can't speek spanish , the owner can't speek english.

"The property didn't have any maintenance for a long time. The breakfast was a cup of coffee and 2 toast with butter nothing else You have to call to get in the hotel and i was waiting for 2 hours in order to get responde, the front door is lock with a phone number to call for me this is the worst hotel i ever been "
