"A nice place."

"The staff were very helpful (Lena on reception went above and beyond - her attention to detail was exceptional!). We arrived early and they made a room available for us. Breakfast was very good - typical French which was good since we were in France! Room very comfortable especially the bed! Balcony was a lovely place to relax in the sun!! Will be staying again when we next visit Épernay. "

"Hotel has a good location with easy walking access to restaurants and sites of interest - we used the municipal car park which is underground and directly opposite the hotel but it is expensive - circa 25 euros per night. The bedroom was small - not much room for a suitcase."

"The hotel was very convenient, clean, comfortable, and nice overall. The service at the front desk was fantastic, they were so nice and helpful. They take you to your room and show you the amenities which were honestly pretty cool (at least for the junior suite). The interiors are all updated and parking is free and convenient (but a little difficult for our large van). The views were very nice from our balcony. My only compliant is that breakfast wasn't really worth the money. I'd gladly...
