「The hotel has not been updated, and it would’ve been fine, if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There are stains on the carpet, we found someone else’s sock under the bed, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and stained, the tub was lined with mold, and the sink looked like it was falling off the wall. As we were checking in, another guest was complaining about it raining in her room (it was raining outside). You also cannot flush the toilet before showering. I will never stay here again.」

「Room was okay, but overstuffed pillows made me feel like I was fighting them all night.They kept on pushing my neck forward, didn’t mold, and just didn’t stay put. Six pillows in my room-ALL the same thing. Hotel’s gotta have different sizes pillows available in each room. 」

「We enjoyed the fact that the property was peaceful and we had a beautiful view of the lake. As for the villa we stayed in, not so great. The furniture was old and outdated. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. We could not get a good night's sleep because the bed was sinking in from the middle. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES. We were very disappointed, but made the best of what we believed to have over paid for. No disrespect to the staffing of this property, they were friendly....
