「The hotel was disgusting. The lobby smelled horrible and the room smelled even worse. Very unclean and unwelcoming. There were hand and finger prints in the elevator. The good things, the bed and pillows were comfy.」

「Construction on I35 was horrible, no fault of the hotel. Very, very loud. The pool was closed and we were not informed. The fridge in the room was nasty. The smoke detector in the room was covered with plastic. There was a very strong smell of something burning on the elevator and all throughout the hotel. That, in combination with a covered smoke detector did not give peace of mind. When we asked about the burning smell, the night clerk said it was probably the elevator because too many people...
