“It not same as picture on website. When you arrive they will give u no windows room. living condition nont good. Service here is not trustable. please be careful.”

“I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!”

“品質上是還好，但油漆味濃厚，第一天入住是服務很好，第二天繼續住沒有主動打掃房間，第三天我要求他們打掃之前他們才有問今天需要打掃？只有第一天提供免費的一瓶礦泉水，第二天是自己付費，之後的7天都沒有免費的一瓶礦泉水，自己購買！我覺得不是錢的問題是服務的問題，如果你的住宿服務是有這些貼心的服務，那就必須做到，否則讓人失望....所以以後如果再次去是不會選擇這個飯店”
