「This hotel was gorgeous! Spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely staff, secure parking. Taking one star off because smoking is allowed in the building hallways, and the location was not convenient for getting food. 」

「Room is big and comfortable. Toilet had a bathtub. 」

「Overall love the room with nice queen size bed and decor. Is inviting and good cleanliness. Just only neighbourhood a little noisy from singing but ended before 12 midnight. Overall good first time experience to cửa lò 」

「Advised the hotel we would arrive late, when we got there we were advised our rooms had been on-sold. NO pool even though it is advertised as having one! NOT close to the beach/sea even though advertised as being so. No English speaking staff on duty, even though advertised as being so. Filthy rooms. A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AVAOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. 」

「Stayed during Tet. Rooms and hotel dated and in need of upgrade but ok. Price during holiday very cheap otherwise rating would be lower. Breakfast very limited and average at best. But unlike other hotels here this time of year at least they had heating. Great facilities in hot season but not even bar open this time so looks great and would be better at right time of year.」

「這是第三次入住飯店了，但越來越失望，剛入先檢查床，發現床單是用過的，有頭髮；睡第二、三天也都沒換過，隔音效果也不好，雨季時房間潮濕。很棒的地方是在登記入住時，有提供好喝的檸檬汁，早餐多樣性，可以吃的很好。」

「The property was in very good shape, the cafe had great coffee and other drinks with a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable with a touch of class. Unfortunately our bed had some pretty gross stains on the sheets and there wasn't actually a blanket on the beds like we are used to, just thin sheets, it might not be an issue for some. The breakfast was cold and quite unpleasant but we ate it anyways because there is a lack of restaurants in the area. The...
