“The manager closed the pub restaurant and dining room at 6:19 pm when the closing hours posted was 9:00pm
They knew we were having dinner there as well as at least 1 other couple at the hotel because we spoke to the pub bar tender
Front desk staff Nadine has no personalty and not helpful
Trash and debris at the front door was not swept and trash in the gutter in front of the hotel was disgusting
The shower handles do not work and the maintenance had to be called to shut off the water

“The Bisbee Brownstone was truly great. Immaculate, pristine which is huge to me, the bed linens were of high quality as were the towels (which we had plenty of). The decor was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cookware.
The hotel guest only roof top patio was an added luxury. I look forward to returning!”
