“The room was clean, staff was friendly. The only issue was the jacuzzi tub in the room was not working as it should. ”

“We had two major issues with our stay here. Our daughter is a junior at UNH, so we have stayed in multiple hotels in the area over the past few years while visiting her. We will never return to this property again. The hotel did not properly plow their parking lot which significantly reduced the size of their lot, and we were asked to park on the street (metered parking) over night. Also, the hotel allows dogs, and we had a guest with a dog stay in the room above us that barked and ran around……

“We were greet promptly and with a smile by a gentleman when checking in. Room was clean. We have only a few small issues, we were excited to eat at their little dining and bar spot and found it to be an inconvenience because they only had 1 employee running the kitchen and bar all while receiving room orders on top of people coming to be seated, the poor women was overwhelmed an had to shut down early because of to many orders and people in the bar. Another issue we booked for 4 people, the……

“I took my son and his friend for a belated birthday celebration. Our original trip was postponed due to a big snowstorm. When we arrived the staff was genuine and welcoming. At dinner the waitress was unbelievable. Kind, attentive AND when we said we were celebrating my son’s belated birthday and his friends birthday (the day prior) she surprised them with the most decadent chocolate cake. Our meals were delicious and we were so impressed with how special the server made the boys feel. ”
