“They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！”

“Bathroom shower door got stuck with me my wife inside shower fortunately i was available and got her out. Lighting over sink very poor for shaving needs”

“I was on the ground floor and had to complain three times about the people above me, I actually thought the hotel was undergoing construction at one point as it was so loud. People I was on zoom meeting with could even hear it and it was impossible to sleep some nights. The hotel is supposed to have quiet hours but they just ignored it and when I complained to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. The shower door leaked, the tv in the bedroom had no internet so couldn't get……

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”

“Overall stay was great. Nice to have an indoor pool and hot tub. The outside grills were converted from charcoal to gas. Very helpful. We love the Cape in the fall! Nice little get away.”
