「Clean and quiet」

「Loved the amount of space. Appreciated having a washing machine. Supplies were limited such as no tea towel and no drying rack.」

「The place was average. Good enough for a quick stay. The breakfast was the best part. My room smelled of cigarettes. That is why I didn't give it a higher rate. All night I smelled cigarette smoke. Yuck!」

「Ottimo」

「Besides busy road and very noisy all night. No restaurant or any services near by」

「It's my preferred place to stay while in Udine. Check in is easy and quick. A 15 minute walk to the train station . Close to city centre and shopping. WiFi is available. I give it a 10 out of 10 .」

「The staff was friendly and easy to talk to in English. The location was good for walking, and the room was quiet,」

「Great place to stay, clean, well maintained and good value for money with helpful staff - and was a welcome sight since this was an emergency booking due to being stranded after missing my initial flight.」
