“Overall I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times. This was my first poor experience with room availability. I reserved 2 queen beds, when I got to the property I was told my room “had a maintenance issue” and only King beds were available, with the understanding I could move to a 2 queen bed the following night. “Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling.”
