「We were n new bldg…spotless! Cora’s for breakfast was delicious, well run & Jensen our waiter was the best. He was so attentive & had a to-go coffee without me even asking. Wow! Who does that sort of thing? Service was superior! Going back @ end of summer! Hope there rain doesn’t keep us out of the pool.」

「Our stay ar Hyatt Place Biloxi did not go as well as it could have, after booking through expedia for what we thought was an ocean view room, we were placed on the back side of the property in a room with a view of a local graveyard. We requested to have our room changed but were denied because we booked through expedia and not directly with the hotel. This was disappointing because my wife and I chose to stay at this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary. The TV in the room had no way...

「The promises they made online were not so when I got there the washing machine for the laundry facilities was not operating. The vending machines did not work the pool was not clean the breakfast that was promised never was served and it took almost 2 hours to get checked in because they kept giving me keys to rooms that other people were already in or that did not open the door.」

「Room was clean and great for our anniversary! Has great bar on 9th floor and on 2nd at infinity pool. Two great restaurants and great food choices. Enjoyed a ourselves at the casino.」

「Didn't seem to cool room quick enough the room we stayed in the floor was uneven to the point the drywall was cracked the door frame was pulling off and the tile was cracked the floor looks to be falling in reported it to maintenance」
