"Service was top notch, very friendly and helpful. Room was tiny, which was surprising given that it is a small town (Tokyo, yes, very tiny accommodations because of tremendous population density). All in all, a very good place that I would recommend."

"The room was good enough but the amenities were really of poor quality. Breakfast was not consistent with the price. Juice was 1/3rd of glass. Location is very convenient for train as well bus terminal."

"銀山観光の中心部にあるホテルです。静かで心休まる宿です。2泊目の夕食を、前日と重ならないようにと少し簡易な物に変更し、その分の返金も有り、良心的だと思います。朝食のパンは最高でした。部屋の清掃は残念。ゴミ箱がそのままで、入浴剤も補充されていませんでした。大浴場はありませんが、3in1の浴室は一般のビジネスホテルの2倍程の大きさで、バスタブも充分の大きさ、清潔です。"
