「The front desk staff - amazing. Truly people first service.
The 3rd floor air conditioner was blowing full force in the hallway making it about 20 degrees colder than the rooms. This was reported to the staff. Breakfast was included and was the best breakfast ever. No cold cereal and boxed eggs. Fresh everything and the coffee was perfect.」

「There was a problem with the room we rented so they upgraded us to a beautiful suite which we really enjoyed. My son was so excited. The only issue was we had trouble with our toilet wouldnt always flush. Access to skiing was amazing, the outdoor fire pit was a lovely touch. Food was good. Staff were all amazing and kind. 」
