“We had ants in our room. There isn’t enough parking in the parking deck even though you have a parking pass. Not enough seats at the pool or umbrellas. Elevators barely worked has to take my luggage from the fourth floor stairs to leave. Paid almost 3k for 3 rooms for 3 nights and had trouble every single day.”

“Booked our room last minute and got a great deal! Walked into to a clean room, no musky old room smell and a beach view with a balcony. I thought the hotel was maintained well overall for an older building. Appreciated the parking garage and easy beach access. Cleaning crew was always moping up wet areas from the pool or beachgoers. Hotel check in was easy and friendly. 10/10 would stay here again. Right by the pier too.”

“We arrived to check in at 5:40 pm and were told that our room wasn't available due to cleaning (Unacceptable), Was given 1 free drink ticket. While sitting at the bar I met a gentleman that said he had been there since 2 pm waiting on his room. The staff did not seem interested or concerned that the lobby/bar/restaurant was full of Frustrated families with thier luggage trying to check in. We finally checked in at 8:50pm our first day in Virginia Beach completely ruined due to the Sheraton and……

“This Bob still looks like it has not been maintained or kept up since 10 years ago! Absolutely terrible room dirty fingerprints on the doors patio door that doesn’t lock Electrical cable hanging from underneath AC. Absolutely the worst maintained property I’ve ever been to by Hilton.”

“The hotel was nice and in a good location for going on a cruise out of norfolk. Our TV in the room did not work. They gave us free breakfast to make up for it, which was nice.”

“The only good thing about the hotel was the location to the festival. They are more concerned about catering to their elite members. Our check-in was delayed by 1 hour which is 5pm because they allow their elite members a 4 pm checkout! While the lobby is really nice the room was mediocre and out dated. The AC never cooled off, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the water pressure in the shower only worked if the water was on super hot. For the cost this should have been a lot better……
