「Property driveway and parking area not plowed after winter storm earlier in the day, and still not plowed the next morning. My car was stuck in the driveway. No staff at the front desk in the morning. I found a snow shovel in the entrance and dug unsuccessfully for an hour until a random passing snowplow (not contracted with the motel) took pity on me, cleared a path, and the driver helped me push my car out. Appalling.」

「Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. 「The decor was charming and quaint. The property owners had essentials stocked in case I forgot anything plus a nice little coffee bar which made me very happy. There were games for playing, as well as a laundry room. The communication was clear and concise, and check in was super easy. There was suggestions for local events and dining. It was not far from down town and a park. I would stay here again.」

「The location of the accommodation is superb. 2 min away from ski resort, and 4 min away from a mart. The place is well-organized and decorated. Amenity for kids was another big plus. i.e. Genga, lego, sink toy, etc. Kitchin is also very well equipped. electric stove, coffee brewer, many dishes, pots, and frying pans. the kitchen is practical. One minor downside is that the kitchen knife is too dull to the point that it is not usable for cutting meat. 」
