“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

The jetted tub was clean and worked very well. Our only complaint was that we had an hard time turning it off. The garden was amazing with so many birds, flowers, and places to sit. Recommend. ”
