“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

“The room was a king bed, big and spacious, decorated so nice with southwest decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hotel will go back again, highly recommend this hotel! ”

“The shower was the best I had of any hotel. It was a cleaned stall and poured out a perfect amount of water. The Inn was nice, old fashion style house, have grass and plenty of parking(at 9pm after the shared restaurant closed). It is in old main street surrounded by historical buildings if you are big into that and take the time to walk around. I did not get to try the breakfast so I can't comment. I would stay again if I'm in the area.”

“The room was warm and welcoming. Very busy expressive of the pueblo culture and design. The staff were anxious to make sure their clientele were comfortable and made to feel at home. Even the courtyard cats tried to make me feel right at home--and like I owed them some treats. The manager went out of his way to listen for input, especially in regard to improving the accessibility of the property, which was already head and shoulders better than many larger, corporate hotel accommodations.
