“I was not allowed to stay and was not informed ahead. I was told on arrival that the facility was being fumigated for COVID and the workers were really arrogant and rude . I was stranded for hours and had to find another hotel ”

Ive written hotels.com for refund. i see that i have been addressed by someone else's name. Please correct that in your system. Otherwise the hotel was generally ok. But i was charged way way above the hotel rates as well. Please resolve this. Booking ref is 72072309167578. The card is in my name. And so also is the booking. Please look into this unique case”
