"Clean and firm bed. Good location and easy parking. SUVs might not be able to park once floor parking is full. Free breakfast was good but coffee bar was not running. Only instant coffee machine available. Lobby always busy but staff working hard. Overall it was good stay here and will recommend it to my friends and family."

"Overall this hotel is great, but be aware there is no front desk and if you don't have a Korean phone the check in process is tricky. Also English is listed as a language which is a stretch, there is no front desk staff that speaks any language. The only staff you'll see are cleaning folks in the morning, and they only speak Korean. Their check-in system is mostly in Korean. If you need help you need to call a Korean number. Otherwise great location, clean, quiet, nice room."

"Staff is very thoughtful, bring bottle of water and clean towels everyday. However, only give 1 pillow per guess, not even 1 extra pillow even I requested. "

"Perfect location. Everything is within a minute. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Bed is comfortable and clean. Only one thing - extremely weak water pressure for shower and toilet paper only discarded in bins not in toilet, which I felt awkward. However, price and convenience of location cancelled the above. Next time I would not stay because of water pressure and toilet thing. "
