“Within the PECHS, near my destination office, near my associates' homes, etc. what else do we want? This hotel is very clean, although it's a bit old [30+ years] and most likely needing repairs [what was expected to work had worked!!!]. Staff are courteous. Parking is a bit awkward, due to construction in the vicinity, which is progress towards better times.”

“I was very skeptical about staying here. Very limited reviews and the photos of the hotel were not great. Further, I usually stay at Marriott, that’s my frame of reference. Unfortunately they were booked solid and so was the PC on the dates I needed. Embassy was one of only three available options. I must say the staff was GREAT and the room was SPOTLESSLY clean top to bottom. I came with low expectations but I left well rested. If you are looking for a no-frills low cost option……

“Unsafe area, pictures are not honest, this hotel should not even be listed on any website, it’s rated as a 3 star, when it shouldn’t be a 1 star. Washroom was filthy, sink drains onto the same floor where one takes a shower, which is right next to the toilet, no separation whatsoever. The shower water leaks into the room. There was no hot water, and it could apparently not be fixed. The door lock was broken and we were told it could only be fixed the next day, so we had to insist to get it fixed……
