「Literally a scam? Or closed location? Booked this place back in February and they said they would pick us up from the airport. Bring us to the day of our trip and they’re missing in action. We took a Lyft to the location and no answer at the door. We could see people inside ignoring us. Took a long time to get compensation from Expedia. We were stranded in the middle of the night and had to find somewhere else to stay for nearly double the price. Extremely poor experience.」

「This place is awesome. Shirley was extremely helpful, she spent hours helping me pay a fix it parking ticket. They recommended a great place to have evening meal.」

「Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home.」

「Our stay was excellent. Joy and Tom were fantastic. They welcomed us and treated us as family. Joy reached out to me before our scheduled stay to keep me up to date and what to expect. She texed me when the cabin was ready and how to access the cabin and were to park. After we arrived and got settled in was out on the porch when Joy and Tom stopped by and introduced themselves.
