「We were booked for 4 days. The room was only cleaned once. The bed was horrible, the water tasted bad. Had issues with the keyless door, had to be fixed it would not open most of the time. The toilet had issues, my husband had to fix it we never knew if it would flush properly was always a gamble. The phone did not work, so any issue we had with room we had to walk to front desk to report. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but you can only do so much with a marginal property. The...

「The hotel is under construction. There are not many signs helping get through the area , the parking lot is sketchy , zero security, minimal lighting and overall not a safe place to check in after dark. The woman at the cafe is rude and not helpful at all. 」

「This was the most breath taking experience. The lake view is absolutely beautiful and we even got to see several deer frolicking around the property and even on the drive up to the property. It was so peaceful and the amenities were very accommodating. The boathouse is beautiful to just sit and watch the lake even if you don't fish or use the kayaks. It's family and pet friendly too.
