"I was greeted by Emerson when I arrived. He was friendly and welcoming. I received an upgrade due to my Expedia status. He was proactive ensuring I was taken care of. He demonstrated exemplary customer service. Although the hotel was a little older, the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities were remarkable and made it feel welcoming and nice. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved the property except for the parking garage. Our F-150 pickup just barely skimmed the top of the garage beams. It was a nail biter every time we had to drive in and out."

I was going to an event at the Salt Palace and if you slide in through the parking garage door on 300 S you have a very short walk outdoors, which was helpful in this case because it was raining a lot. Even better if you are at an event in the western part of the building, but at least you can walk inside. Desk staff was very pleasant to deal with. I didn't have housekeeping come in so I can't comment on that but the room was in good shape when I arrived. They have the (small)...

"Theresa, the receptionist, was very kind, accommodating, and friendly! All the staff so nice! The rooms were beyond my expectations in every way!!! Modern, clean, roomy, the layout great, they were thinking about our every need and comfort! Lovely and modern kitchenette, dinnerware, and appliances. Good hot breakfast, scrambled eggs with cheese, hard boiled eggs, French toast sticks, mini waffles, oatmeal, etc… I would stay there again and again!!!"
