「Our floors, toilet and sink were not clean. Linens were clean and a sufficient amount were provided. The property smelled of Marijuana throughout. Our room had an unusual odor as well. The pool looked nice, we just weren't there long enough to use it.」

「Right off the start, the front staff was inapt! Upon arriving at the room, the bath was not Senior (old folks) friendly! The dam toilet was on the floor. Thankfully, there was a grab bar at the toilet. But if you are aged, it takes some strength to rise from the toilet! The lower you are to the dam floor, the harder it is to rise! The TV was rigged to a minimum volume. After two (2) replacement remotes, the volume could not be adjusted to acceptable level, Coffee cream and facial tissue had not...

「Couch cushions covered in stains. Asked for extra towels because we had 2 towels for 4 people and they told me they were out and they would get us pool towels- which were basically rags. The coffee machine did not work at all. No blankets or sheets to make up pull out sofa. Front desk laughed when I told them, walked into a back room and never came back.. instead someone else with a few sheets came over to me ten minutes later. Floor was gross.」
