"Used as base whilst working locally"

"The staff very nice and friendly. The food served at the restaurant is okay. The bathrooms need some upgrades and cleaning. I requested a shuttle from the airport in advance but nobody came to pick me up. Internet was not working in my room so I got upgraded to another room where the Internet was working but unstable (I had hard time working remotely from my room). We had power outage multiple times. "The staff was great. Reception was great, Elias was tremendous. The drivers Adam and Paulo were fantastic. The shuttle driver, Emmanuel was very very good. My room was so clean and cozy. I liked the kitchen staff, my poisson, frites, and chocolate crepes were so good. And I loved sitting out on the beach. The music at night was great too. Everyone was so friendly. When I come back to Lomè, I am staying here for sure."

"This hotel was large but seemed to have low occupancy. We had a leaky sink and an inoperable shower head. The air conditioner was unable to cool the room sufficiently, and there was no fan. Otherwise, the basic room would have been satisfactory. "
