"Room 1 was full of dust. Patting the quilt made the dust floating and causing a cough. Room 2 in addition to dust had hair in the shower and in bed. Obviously there is the problem with cleanliness. I don’t recommend the place. Checking in the lady was very pleasant but checking out very incompetent. Breakfast was nice and a lot of choices but it took a lot of time for the staff to clean the tables."

"Location is fantastic like cleanliness and all city. My advice. Don't order breakfast and other meals. Don't get me wrong. Everything is fres but it's taste like the cheapest products."

"It was a good location but the hotel is a little dated. The room was a very good size. There was an electric outlet that was broken the toilet started to constantly drip. The breakfast was not great but okay. The price was a bit high. I have stayed at better hotels for less. "

"Excellent a la carte breakfast, great atmosphere, very clean, nice staff, great location and easy parking. Much better than 4 star hotels in area. The only thing missing is air condition, in room safe and mini bar. Will definitely stay there again."

"Dreckige Bettwäsche, vollgespritzte Küche, in der Dusche lagen Nägel und Haare, Toilette stark verdreckt...usw. Sauberkeit absolut miserabel!!! Es gab nur 3 Stühle für 4 Leute.. Bislang schlimmste Unterkunft in Polen!!"

"Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."
