“Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. ”

“I had reserved a King Suite with Sea View for our 30th wedding anniversary. When I arrived, the room only had a partial view of the sea through trees. Very disappointed that they advertised this room falsely. The manager at the front desk said there were no other rooms available for us to switch. The weather was hot and we set the air conditioner at the lowest setting (67) but it did very little to lower the temperature. When I asked for a portable fan to use in our room I was informed none were……

“We stayed for 2 nights and didn't get any room cleaning, clean towels, etc.”

“Sand on top of both beds. I think they need to wash the green plaid blankets that are at the end of the beds as I think that’s where the sand is coming from. Other than the sand in our beds, the resort is charming.”

“This was our first trip with our bulldog. The staff was so sweet with her! Our room was very comfortable and they had treats for our dog too. Everything was clean and the staff was always making sure everything was to our liking. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance too. Quiet area.”
