“Recently updated everything felt new and clean. We had a King on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a separate bedroom with a separate thermostat for the bedroom and the living area, something not often found in similar hotels. The room was super spacious with a well appointed kitchen area including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The rate for this room was very reasonable and worth every dime. The room was quiet as well. The shower had great water……

“The rooms were a little dated, but otherwise they were spacious and comfortable. Having the seperate bedrooms was perfect for our family. Access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer was so convenient. The location was excellent, view was beautiful. I would stay again.”

“The location on Expedia showed downtown Melbourne and it was over 4 miles away in Palm Bay. Communication was terrible and we couldn’t even get into the community when we got there and had never been given a gate code or any good instruction. There’s black glue or something on all of the floors, but the rest of the interior was pretty clean. The back screen porch had not been swept or picked up. I don’t think in six months and the floors were disgusting. You must use their app to figure out……
