"Room was super clean though somewhat dated as others have mentioned. Felt safe and comfortable in a second floor room. The coffee at 6:00 am was old and cold and the fresh pot was simply added to the old coffee. The Continental Breakfast was like most hotels, and I would not have paid extra if it had been required. I would consider staying here again with a few modest improvements as the price was indeed reaaonable."

"I love the Delamar West Hartford. Great location. Easy and complimentary valet parking. Friendly and professional staff. Outstanding restaurant. Beautiful setting. Super comfy beds. I could go on! "

"The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were a little dated and there was suppose to be housekeeping once a week but no one came to clean our room. Had to go and get garbage bags and clean towels."

"I’m impressed with the convenience of the hotel .we were there for a concert it was 4 minutes walking from the Xl center .right on the center of the action the statel house right across the street the best part of the hotel for me it’s the staff .very helpful "

"We loved our stay. It was very restful with a great restaurant and bar attached so we didn’t have to go anywhere for food. There was a sort of strange 15 dollar fee the day of to access parking and the breakfast buffet but other than that no surprises. "

"The listing in hotels.com should've really told us that it was under some renovation as renovation was both noisy and a little bit dirty in the lobby area. They also should've told us that the rowing showers were not currently available because of the reconstruction. Staff was lovely and various assisting, our issues."
