"The hotel is close to railway and bus stations. Also a supermarket is two minutes away.. The front desk stuffs are very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and has no bad smells. Room is large compared with some other Japan hotels. Free breakfast is another plus!"

"I stayed only for one night but the hotel was excellent, staff were helpful, spacious Japanese style room. A bit of walk from the Kinugawa Onsen Station but it is a nice walk. I will stay again if I am in the area again."

"Had our own onsen in our suite. Kaiseki breakfast and dinner was excellent along with friendly staff. Location right next to suspension bridge, excellent coffee across the street at Luna.
We rented a car, hotel had free parking across the street."
