「The hotel is in great need of a makeover! Our room was terribly dirty requiring me to use disinfecting wipes on everything and air freshener to cover up the smell of cigarettes and Marijuana ( supposedly a non smoking property, yea right!!!) The carpets were so dirty required us to wear flip flops so our feet wouldn't turn black from dirt, no kleenex, coffee essentials and the beds were soft and lumpy. Had we not paid in full we would have ran. Best Western you can do better」

「So this property was very clean and very good value for the money. The only criticism I have is that it was kind of loud. As usual the walls are thin so you can hear people wallowing in the halls. The biggest issue I had was that the bathroom fan does not turn off. This noise was not ideal for a good sleep but in the grand scheme of things would not stop me from booking there again. Very clean property. Very lovely polite staff.」

「Checkin after hours wasn't great. It isn't clear that the location of the villas is a mile away from the office. It's not great to have to return to the office in the morning and to check out in person. Everything could be done more efficiently and without contact. The location was great. 」
