“The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.”

“Breakfast and staff were both excellent. I got in at almost midnight and staff helped me up to the fourth floor with my luggage. They also took it down when I checked out. Being that I am 80 years old and walk with a cane, it meant so much to me. I wanted to go to their spa, but realized that their spa was at another place. However, they provided free transportation to and from the spa. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa and hammam treatments. Note that this hotel does not have a lift, and I had……

“我在這裡住了三個晚上，住宿空間舒適整潔，櫃檯接待人員友善，願意協助解決問題，很棒的工作人員，早餐也好吃。飯店鄰近塔克辛廣場、地鐵、輕軌，要到附近著名景點的很方便，附近還有家樂福可以採購。下次再來伊斯坦堡旅行我還會再考慮這間飯店。”

“Zorunda olmadığınız sürece kalmayın. Fiyatı çok uygun ama beklentinizi asla karşılamıyor. Otel eski, lavabolar pis, çarşaf ve nevresim kirli, hijyen konusunda daha dikkatli olmalılar. Güneşlik yok dışardan içerisi görünebilir. Tek iyi yanı çok merkezi ve ulaşımı kolay olması.”
